If there’s one feature missing from the current Nest Doorbell, it’s the ability to register 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This capability is available on competitor cameras and doorbells, but Google has yet to implement it on its Doorbell product line. This is understandable regarding autonomy for the battery version; nevertheless, the community has expressed some dissatisfaction with the wired version. So far, we don’t know what the wired Nest Doorbell will look like when it launches in 2022, but this functionality is sure to please the community.
