Follow these steps to schedule a message in Gmail on a desktop web browser:

Make a new email.Next to the blue “Send” button, click the triangle.Select “Schedule send” from the drop-down menu.Choose one of the suggested times, or click “Pick date & time” to specify a specific time for the message to be sent.

In Gmail’s mobile app, the procedure is identical. When creating an email, however, you must click the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen instead of part of the send button. The opportunity to schedule a time will appear. Finding scheduled emails and canceling them is also easy. There’s a new “Scheduled” folder on desktop and mobile. Simply click on a message in the folder and click “Cancel send” in the top right of the window to stop a message from being sent. It’ll go right back to your drafts folder.
