The company has studied 457 former Tesla employees over the last 90 days using information from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. To begin with, 90 former Tesla workers got new positions at competing electric vehicle firms Rivian and Lucid—56 at the former and 34 at the latter. It’s interesting to note that only 8 of them joined traditional automakers like Ford and General Motors.
