Thinus Ferreira, an independent TV critic, writer and journalist in South Africa wrote on his blog TV with Thinus that the cause of the fire is yet to be established but “Production company Endemol South Africa and M-Net had no choice but to cancel the start of the show which has seen multiple production challenges the past few weeks before the cameras had even started rolling.”   According to Ferreira, there are no casualities reported but the devastating blaze brutally destroyed M-NET’s studio at Highlands North in Johannesburg.Ferreira told TechMoran, “Yes (this is true).
