Open the Windows 10 or Mac desktop app for Spotify. You’ll ought to choose a list of songs to upload first.
One must add a playlist to your library. Tap the three-point menu icon and select “Save to Your Library.”
The “Download” toggle will show up when you add it to your library. To start downloading the playlist, select it.
The Spotify app will say “Download …” while the download playlist is in progress. When it’s finished, the toggle will say “Downloaded.”
If your computer does not have an internet connection, this playlist will be available for playback.
