The name is probably the only new thing about the tablet. After a close inspection, you will realize that it’s a remodeled version of the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite made in 2015. It even runs android 4.4 Kitkat that is powered by 1GB RAM and a quadcore Speadtrum processor (never heard of it? Yeah me neither). Then again, the target audience won’t mind the specs.

What will really tickle the kids is that the tablet comes in a thick cover that will withstand being tossed around. It even comes with 3D Ninja figurines on the back casing that can be swapped for more customization. Inside, you find pre-loaded games from Dreamworks animation, Sesame Street and National Geographic. In addition, you get three months of free access to Samsung Kids which is like a store full of games, videos, books and other kid-friendly content. The tablet goes for only $149 and is currently available for pre-order at the Samsung website. A 8-hour long battery life is promised while using WIFI connection.
