First of, the Moto Z2 Play has a few design and internal components changes. The 5.5 inch Full HD remains intact, the CPU however has been improved to the energy efficient Snapdragon 626 with either 3GB or 4GB depending on storage option taken; there is 32GB & 64GB respectively. Micro SD storage expansion is also supported. Moto Z2 Play comes with a splash proof body packing a 3000mAh battery which is a downgrade from last year’s 3510mAh. Perhaps the 1mm thinner body might be a consolation, it is now measuring only 6mm. Android 7.1.1 runs the show as is customary for Motorolas getting early updates due to their lean software add ons. The rear camera is equipped with the great 12MP sensor which has dual pixel technology for light speed focusing just like the Samsung Galaxy S8. It has f/1.7 aperture size which is big enough to guarantee great low light photography. The selfie department is covered by a 5MP, f/2.2 wide angle shooter. Now, we were saving the best for last, say hello to Moto Mods.  The width and height of the Moto Z2 Play have been kept similar to last year’s successor to make sure all the previous Moto mods fit perfectly. New mods were launched, they include
